About Foodbvrk Septic and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Foodbvrk Septic is a referral service for homeowners in Wilsonville, OR and the Wilsonville area. We connect people who have a septic or sewer problem with independent local providers. That is the whole job. The providers do the digging, pumping and repairing.

Why This Site Exists

A septic or sewer problem is confusing the first time it happens. Think of the first warning light on a car dashboard. You know something is wrong, but you do not know if it is small or serious. This site explains what is going on underground in plain words, so you can make calm choices.

We also point out which small tasks are safe to try and which ones are time for a pro. Spreading out laundry or watching what goes down the drain is fine. Opening a buried tank or working near a broken sewer pipe is not.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us, or the provider, what you see. Maybe a toilet gurgles. Maybe the yard smells or stays soggy. Based on your service type and location, we point you toward a provider in our network who handles that kind of work in your area.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the provider, the weather and the job.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to do a few basic things:

  • Explain the problem in simple terms.
  • Give you a written quote before work begins.
  • Treat your property with care.
  • Follow the local rules for their trade.

You should still ask each provider about their own licensing and insurance. That is a fair question, and a good provider will answer it.

What We Do Not Do

This part matters, so here it is plainly. Foodbvrk Septic does not perform septic or sewer work. We do not set your prices or sign your work agreement, and we do not dispatch workers of our own. We do not diagnose your system from a distance either. The provider you hire does the inspection, the work and the follow-up, and your agreement is with them.

How the Money Works

Providers in the network may pay Foodbvrk Septic a referral fee when a connection leads to a job. You pay the provider for the work, at the price you agree on in writing. Because of that fee, we do not charge you a separate fee for the referral. You can still compare quotes and say no to any provider. There is no obligation.

Insurance and Paperwork

Some homeowner policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim. Whether anything is covered is between you and your insurer.
