How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Foodbvrk Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Foodbvrk Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to talk to the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Foodbvrk Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@foodbvrk.quest and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
